ThermalCare $1 MoneyMaker after ECB

This week CVS has ThermalCare for $3.79, it will be a $1 money maker after the ECB and the $1.00 off any one ThermalCare.  On the picture of the coupon below it shows the coupon is redeemable at Walmart but when you print the coupon it has no mention of Walmart at all.
